A NALIS library card is your "passport to information". As a member of a public library in Trinidad and Tobago you can borrow up to ten (10) items at a time.

• Six (6) books for a loan period of 28 days
• Two (2) audio-visual items (CDs/DVDs) for 4 days
• Two (2) e-books from OverDrive for a period of 14 days

Reference materials are for in-library use only. They are not available for loan. Reference material include:

• Dictionaries
• Encyclopaedia
• Hand Books
• Year Books
• Almanacs
• Gazetteers
• Maps
• Newspaper, magazines and periodicals

To encourage the safe return of items for use by other persons, the library has implemented a fine for overdue or damaged material.

• Fines will be charged for books and DVDs not returned on time
• Fines are also paid for damaged or lost materials
