NALIS Online Registration allows you to pre-register for a NALIS Library card. Please note, each online application must have a unique and valid email address in order to be processed. Simply complete the online form, then collect your library card at any NALIS Library closest to you.
To join the library online follow these simple steps. Please note fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.​

1. Click here to register if you are an Adult or Young Adult
2. Click here if you are registering a child – 0 to 12 years
3. Fill out the form​
4. Library VIP Book Service – Visually impaired patrons, please input the 4 digit code provided for easy identification and access to associated documents
5. Parent or Guardian Identification ID Type* – input National Identification, Driver’s Permit or Passport
6. Parent or Guardian Identification ID Number* - input number as it appears on the ID including any letters
7. Click Submit

A confirmation notice will be sent to the email you provided during sign-up.

Visit your library with valid identification (national identification card, passport or driver's permit) and proof of your current address (utility bill or any other official document received through the mail within the last 3 months).

Please note that your application will not be processed if you are already a member of a NALIS or TLS library, or are not a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago.

If you are under 12 years of age, your parent/guardian will have to collect your card (ID and proof of address are required).

This is a temporary account and will expire in 30 days.

If you are already a member of the library, you do not need to register again online.  Please contact the library for assistance.
