The National Library and Information System Authority (NALIS) wishes to inform the public that access to its EBSCOhost and Flipster services has been temporarily suspended due to circumstances beyond the Authority’s control.  EBSCOhost is a collection of databases geared towards the needs of researchers. These databases, including Caribbean Search, are very popular with students as the content has been developed specifically for this region.  Flipster is a digital magazine portal which enables free access to a wide selection of popular online magazines.

NALIS sincerely apologises for the inconvenience this temporary suspension may cause to its valued users and assures that it remains committed to providing access to information and resources. The Authority is actively working with service providers and stakeholders to restore access as soon as possible. In the meantime, the public is encouraged to take advantage of the OverDrive platform, which continues to offer a wide selection of eBooks and audio books for borrowing.  OverDrive can be accessed via the Libby app or through NALIS’ website at www.enalis.overdrive.com.
