NALIS ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF FINES AMNESTY

The National Library and Information System Authority (NALIS) advises the public that its amnesty on overdue books and DVDs has been extended to September 30, 2021. Books and DVDs which were due during the period of the library’s temporary closure will accrue no overdue fees and fines.

Given that walk-in services are currently unavailable, patrons are invited to visit NALIS’ website for e-Books, e-Magazines and other e-Resources and social media pages for programmes and e-Content. Persons desirous of registering for library membership can visit our online registration page. Once registered, immediate access will be given to NALIS’ online resources.

NALIS looks forward to serving its customers when walk-in services resume and hearing from the public via its social media platforms, asknalis@nalis.gov.tt or nalis@nalis.gov.tt.
