40 YEARS OF BEST VILLAGE EXHIBITION AT NATIONAL LIBRARY

The National Library and Information System Authority (NALIS) in partnership with the Ministry of Community Development and Gender Affairs will host the exhibition, 40 years of Best Village at the National Library of Trinidad and Tobago. The Formal Opening will take place on Thursday 29 May at the Amphitheatre from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The Minister of Community Development and Gender Affairs, the Honourable Joan Yuille Williams, will deliver the feature address. Skits will be performed by the Barataria Community Council 2002, Folk Presentation Champions. Storytelling, tassa performances and dance will be the highlight of the afternoon’s activities starting at 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.

The Exhibition will run for one month from the date of the formal opening. The public is invited to view the exhibition at the Atrium, ground floor, National Library of Trinidad and Tobago.
