We are pleased to announce that as a result of MPA’s Mystery Shopping Exercise, the Arima and Mayaro Public Libraries are among the top 25 high level service providers, shortlisted from over 200 government agencies and ministries.

An independent evaluation panel, chaired by Dianna Mahabir-Wyatt, has been visiting all the shortlisted ministries/agencies to determine the top three that will receive the inaugural award in 2012.

Congratulations to the staff members of the Arima and Mayaro Public Libraries who have demonstrated their commitment to the delivery of excellence in customer service. The members of the panel were impressed by your “service environment”, “customer helps”, “customer care”, and “welcoming and friendly spaces”.
