NO STABBING AT LIBRARY

The National Library and information System Authority categorically denies the reported stabbing at the National Library which supposedly led to the arrest of a 14 year old.

Our investigations reveal that two teenagers who frequent the National Library were apprehended for using obscene and threatening language outside the library on St. Vincent Street. Detective Guerra of CID who was on spot at the time of the incident, confirmed that these two boys appeared before a magistrate on today, Friday 8, July and were released in the custody of their parents to serve a bond for six months.
