IMAGINATIVE LITERATURE SERIES

Continuing in the series “180 Years of Imaginative Series”, NALIS will host the lecture and readings on the book “Rupert Gray” by Nathaniel Cobham on Wednesday 09 March, 2005 at the Audio Visual Room, National Library of Trinidad and Tobago, 10 a.m.

The Heritage Library of the National Library and Information System Authority began this series in 2004, recognising the works of Caribbean authors. Many students and other members of the public have benefited from the lecture sessions and readings.

Some of the other books covered in the series include:

  • Minty Alley by CLR James
  • Dragon Can’t Dance by Earl Lovelace
  • Emmanuel Appadocca by Maxwell Phillip
