The mission of the Educational Library Services Division
is to promote and coordinate the organization and
development of a school library information service
which would support and entrance the overall aims
and objectives of the nation's education system.

Special Libraries can be found in government ministries,
departments, hospitals and corporations these libraries
provide a variety of information services to meet the needs
of a specialized population, providing staff and researchers
with the information they need to carry out their tasks..
