NALIS is inviting quotations for the supply of books on the attached list below.

Quotations must include the following:-

  • Cost of supplying books.
  • Cost of supplying Mylar jackets glued to the books.
  • All shipping, handling and insurance costs.
  • Delivery time for entire consignment.

Titles are to be listed in the same sequence as on the Nalis order.

Please attach this letter entitled Provision of Books for the National Library to the front of your tender.

Quotations are to be delivered and deposited in the tenders box located in Technical Services Division at the National Library, Corner Abercromby and Hart Streets, Port of Spain by 12:00 noon on the date specified.
