Quotations are evaluated on their fulfillment of the criteria listed in the request for quotations.

Quotations must include the following:-

  • A costing for at least 90% of the titles on the list. Information must be supplied for each title requested.
  • A costing for Mylar covers or similar protective plastic covering glued to items.
  • A costing for shipping and handling.
  • A firm date for the delivery of the entire consignment.
Other considerations are:-

  • Price.
  • The reliability of the supplier.
  • Payment terms: requests for down payments or "cash on delivery" are not acceptable.
NALIS does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender.
