The Acquisitions Unit prepares, issues and receives orders for library materials in all formats for the twenty-five public libraries and service points within NALIS. The unit manages and monitors the funds available for the purchase of library materials through the preparation of estimates for the annual budget and the efficient record keeping of all commitments and expenditure.
