Description: Affidavit certifying that another affidavit made by Campbell Mackintosh of Inverness, North Britain is worthy, solemn and true. Certified by William Inglis, Esquire Provost or Chief Magistrate of the Royal Burgh of Inverness, North Britain. William certified that Campbell Mackintosh came before him He claimed that he was worthy of good credit and he then affixed the seal of the Royal Burgh of Inverness and also annexed the Indentures of Bargain and Sale and Release referred to in the said affidavit.
