CLOSURE AND MOVING OF LIBRARIES

HERITAGE LIBRARY OPENS FROM 3PM – 6PM THIS FRIDAY
The Heritage Library, corner Knox and Pembroke Streets, Port of Spain will be opened to the public from 3pm – 6pm on Friday 06, July, 2001. This change in the opening hours apply to this Friday only to facilitate a training session for staff.

The National Library and Information System Authority (NALIS) apologizes for any inconvenience caused.


DIEGO MARTIN PUBLIC LIBRARY MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION
The public is advised that the Diego Martin Public Library is being relocated from Orchard Avenue, Petit Valley, to the Diego Martin Consumer Co-operative (Diamond Vale Shopping Plaza), Wendy Fitzwilliams Boulevard, Diamond Vale (old First Citizen’s Bank location). The date of the reopening at the new location will be announced shortly.

The National Library and Information System Authority apologizes for the inconvenience caused, however the move has become necessary to upgrade the service provided to the public.


THE MALONEY LIBRARY STILL CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS
The National Library and Information System Authority wishes to advise the public that the Maloney Public Library is still under renovation, and as a result the service to the public has not yet resumed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, we assure you that all is being done to restore the service to the public as soon as possible. We thank you for patience and invite you to visit any of our other NALIS service centers.
