The Library Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Marine Resources comprises seven specialized collections: strategically located at the Central Experiment Station, Eastern Caribbean Institute of Agriculture and Forestry, Forestry Division, Fisheries Division, Agriculture Teachers' Education Centre, Agricultural Planning Division and Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory.
The CES main unit coordinates the network of libraries and serves as the National Referral Centre for agricultural information.

To provide and encourage use of relevant and timely information for the development of all agricultural sectors in the Ministry for the support of its clientele.
