Goods and Services are available to the public at the Audio/Visual Units, Library/Research Unit, Photographic Unit of the Information Division.
The Television Unit of the Information Division provides the following goods and services:
(a) Copies of Television Programmes
(b) Dubbing to ¾ inch U-Matic and VHS
(c) Archival Video Footage (Non-Aerial and Aerial footage).
It should be noted that tapes must be submitted to the Television Unit in order to obtain goods and services at items (a) and (b) above.
(a) Copies of Radio Programmes and Cassette dubbing can be obtained from the Radio Unit. It should be noted that persons desirous of obtaining these services must submit tapes to the Unit.
(b) Rentals of the following are available:
(I) Indoor P.A. System with operators
(ii) Conference Facility with Operators
(iii) Studio
(iv) Recording Equipment.
The Information Division's Library offers the following goods and services:
(a) Information files for research/reference purposes. Files can only be used in the Library.
(b) Government information.
(c) Handouts, leaflets, booklets on government and ministerial information.
(d) Emblems and photographs of the President, Prime Minister and other Ministers.
The Photographic Unit possesses a wide collection of photographs on governmental activities from as far back as the 1960s.
